Emily de Molly – Sweet As

I recently received some awesome EdM nail mail from her birthday sale (yes, I splurged haha) so expect loads of EdM swatches in the future!

First up is ‘Sweet As’, a light pink creme base with a funky mix of silver, white and neon pink glitter and tiny magenta glitter. The formula was unexpectedly great on this one – for some reason I thought the neon glitters would glug it up, and although it was on the thicker side it wasn’t hard to apply. Some minor fishing is necessary for the pink hexes, as always with these types of glitter, but I actually got most of them on the nail without fishing at all.

This is two coats plus top coat.

I actually preferred this polish better in the bottle than actually on me. My skin colour makes the base colour lean more lilac-grey than pretty pink as I expected. Nevertheless it’s a delicate polish with a bit of edge!
